All rooms must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

One night's prepaid lodging is required for reservations.  Special event weekends will require full payment.

Check-in Time: 4-6pm  - Please make arrangement for arrivals after 9pm or if you wish to check in early.

Checkout Time: 11am - Late checkouts are only available if other guests aren't checking in on the day of your departure!

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by phone not email. Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.

Therefore a fourteen (14) day notice is required.  A one night regular room fee will be charged for cancellations. 

A $25 processing fee is applied to ALL cancellations. No refunds can be made for early departures.

No Smoking
In consideration of other guests smoking is not permitted in the house. (Outdoors Only)  Those choosing to disregard our policy will be asked to leave without refund, and a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

From Hwy 71, take 88E towards Hot Springs for about 1.5miles. You will see a church with a red metal roof on the left. 625 is across the road on the right. There you will see the Ouachita Golf & Country Club sign. Turn right onto 625 and travel 0.8 miles. We are one the right. You will see rock columns and iron gates.
